Terms of Use

Plane Jam Solver: Airport Jam · Last updated: 27 October 2026

The short version. The game is free to play and yours to enjoy on your own devices. Coins, boosters and items are part of the game and have no cash value. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow their rules. Be decent on the leaderboards, do not cheat, and do not copy or resell the game.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and devbynight about the Plane Jam Solver: Airport Jam mobile game and these pages. By installing or playing the game you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

  • sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game or any part of it;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, or distribute a modified version — including one with ads removed or purchases unlocked — except where the law does not allow this to be restricted;
  • use bots, cheats, automation or modified clients, or exploit bugs to gain coins, items or leaderboard places;
  • generate fake ad impressions or clicks;
  • use devbynight's names, logos or artwork to suggest we endorse you.

Recording and streaming your own play, including in monetised videos, is welcome. No permission needed.

3. Your account

The game creates a guest account for you automatically. You may link it to Google or Apple to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for the device and sign-in you use. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account; deleted progress and items cannot be restored. A guest account that is not linked may be lost if you uninstall the game or change phones.

4. Coins, boosters and items

Coins, hints, lifts, extra gates, characters, accessories, plane trails, airports and other in-game items (“virtual items”) are a licence to use content inside the game. They are not real money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred outside the game, and are not your property. We may change how virtual items are earned, priced or used to keep the game balanced.

5. In-app purchases

The game offers optional purchases such as coin packs, a starter pack, theme packs and Remove Ads. They are sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, at the price shown in your local currency before you confirm. Purchases are delivered to your account immediately.

  • Coin packs are consumed when used. Packs, Remove Ads and other one-off items can be restored with Settings → Restore Purchases on the same store account.
  • Remove Ads removes banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing here takes away any right to a refund your local law gives you.

6. Treasure Hunt and spin rewards

Some features, such as the Lucky Treasure Hunt, give a random prize for coins. The chance of every prize is shown in the game (tap Prize odds) before you play. Prizes are virtual items only and can never be exchanged for money.

7. Names and fair play

Leaderboards are public. If you choose your own display name, it must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate anyone, or contain personal information or links. We may rename, hide or remove any name or leaderboard entry, reset scores obtained by cheating or bugs, and suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Advertising

The game shows ads from Google AdMob and its partners, including Meta Audience Network. Ad content comes from third parties; we request only general-audience ads but do not write, choose or control what is shown. Rewarded videos are optional and the reward is given only when the video is watched to the end. How advertising uses data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Ownership

The game — its code, artwork, characters, sounds, levels and the name “Plane Jam Solver: Airport Jam” — belongs to devbynight and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you only the licence in section 2. The game is not affiliated with any airline, airport, aircraft maker or other game.

10. Updates and availability

We may update, change or remove levels, features, items, prices and events, and we may require you to install an update to keep playing. We may stop offering the game, in which case we will try to give reasonable notice in the game. Online features (cloud save, leaderboards) need a connection and may sometimes be unavailable; the levels themselves play offline.

11. No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, devbynight is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost progress or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and devbynight only, not Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the game or its support. Your use must also follow the terms of the store you got it from. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and to the extent the game fails any applicable warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
