RENDRL ("we", "us", "our") is a cinematic photo collage and carousel maker. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the RENDRL mobile application ("App") and our website ("Site").

We believe in being transparent about what data we need to make the app work, without overwhelming you with unnecessary details. Your creative work remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create.

Information We Collect

Account Information

RENDRL requires Google Sign‑In for authentication. When you sign in, we receive the following from Google:

• Display Name — shown in the app's account section
• Email Address — associated with your account
• Profile Photo URL — displayed as your avatar in the app
• Google User ID — used as your unique identifier in our system

Render Core Data

We store the necessary data related to your Render Core balance and economy usage on our servers. This information is essential for the app's export and reward systems to function correctly.

Photos & Media

Images you import from your gallery for collages are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your photos on any server. Rendered exports are saved directly to your device gallery.

Advertising & Rewards

RENDRL displays advertisements from third‑party advertising networks. To serve ads and verify reward completions, these networks may collect:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address (for fraud prevention and regional ad delivery)
• Ad interaction data (views, completions)

When you complete a rewarded ad, we verify the reward claim to prevent fraud and credit cores accordingly.

Analytics & Crash Reports

We collect anonymised usage data and crash reports to improve the App:

• Feature interactions (e.g., export attempts, vibe matches)
• Crash logs and diagnostic information
• Device metadata (model, OS version, screen size) for performance optimisation

No personally identifiable information is included in these analytics beyond your internal account identifier, which is used solely for session continuity.

Website & Waitlist

If you voluntarily submit your email address through our waitlist form, we store it solely to notify you about the RENDRL launch or beta access. We never sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To sign you in via Google and maintain your session
• Economy Management: To track your Render Core balance, process exports, and verify ad rewards
• Fraud Prevention: Verification of reward claims to prevent abuse
• App Improvement: Anonymised crash reports and usage analytics help us fix bugs and improve features
• Notifications: To send you launch or beta access notifications (only if you subscribed)

We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision‑making, or sale to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your account data and Render Core information are stored on secure servers provided by our cloud infrastructure partner. We implement industry‑standard security measures:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using modern cryptographic protocols
• App Integrity Protection: We verify that requests originate from the genuine RENDRL app, protecting backend resources from abuse
• Access Controls: Personal data is protected by strict access controls and can only be modified through secure, authorised channels

Creative content (photos, collages) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Third‑Party Services

RENDRL relies on trusted third‑party providers for essential functionality. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Cloud Infrastructure & Authentication — for secure user authentication, data storage, and server‑side logic
• Advertising Network — for serving rewarded advertisements and verifying completions
• Analytics & Crash Reporting — for collecting anonymised usage statistics and error logs
• App Distribution — the platform (e.g., Google Play) through which you download the App

We carefully select providers that meet high security standards. No third party receives your photos or creative content.

Data Retention

We retain your account data (Google profile info, Render Core balance, transaction history) for as long as your account exists. Upon account deletion request, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Waitlist emails are retained only until the launch notification is sent. You may request early deletion at any time.

Children's Privacy

RENDRL is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
