Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the RENDRL application ("App") or visiting our website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use RENDRL.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RENDRL. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Account & Authentication

You can browse and edit in RENDRL without an account. To export, you sign in with Google or with Apple. By signing in, you authorise us to receive the profile details that provider shares (such as your name and email address) as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google or Apple account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to ad fraud, automated farming of Render Cores, or tampering with the App's security mechanisms.

Render Core Economy

RENDRL uses a virtual currency called "Render Cores" to govern exports. Here is how the economy works:

• Starter Cores: New users receive 3 Render Cores upon account creation
• Earning Cores: Watch an optional rewarded advertisement to earn Render Cores. The amount earned per ad is shown in the App
• Spending Cores: An image carousel export costs 1 Render Core, a carousel containing video costs 2, and a slideshow video costs 3. Cores are deducted only after the export is successfully saved to your gallery
• No Monetary Value: Render Cores have no real‑world monetary value, are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and cannot be purchased with real currency
• Premium Subscribers: While a RENDRL Premium subscription is active, exports do not use Render Cores

We reserve the right to modify the Render Core economy at any time. Material changes will be communicated in the App.

RENDRL Premium Subscriptions

RENDRL is free to use. RENDRL Premium is an optional auto‑renewable subscription that lets you export without spending Render Cores or watching rewarded ads, and removes banner ads from the App. Nothing that is free in RENDRL is locked behind Premium.

• Plans: Premium Weekly (billed every week) and Premium Annual (billed every year). The current price for your country or region is shown in the App before you buy
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase. We never see or store your payment card details
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto‑renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
• Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). In RENDRL, Settings > My plan opens the same page. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for
• Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled by them under their own policies. On iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting the App or your RENDRL account does not cancel a subscription
• Restoring: If you reinstall the App or change devices, tap "Restore purchase" on the Premium screen while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account
• Price Changes: If the price of a plan changes, you will be notified in advance as required by Apple or Google, and you can cancel before the new price applies

If you buy through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.

Advertisements

RENDRL displays advertisements from third‑party advertising networks. Banner ads are not shown while a RENDRL Premium subscription is active. By watching ads to earn Render Cores, you agree to the advertising network's terms and policies. We verify reward claims to prevent fraud. Attempting to bypass or manipulate this system is a violation of these Terms.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, collages, and creative work you produce using RENDRL. We claim no intellectual property rights over your creations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that images and assets you import into RENDRL are used with appropriate rights and permissions. RENDRL is not liable for copyright infringement arising from your use of third‑party material.

By submitting feedback or bug reports to us, you grant RENDRL a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use that feedback for product improvement purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of RENDRL
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Render Core economy or ad reward system
• Bypass any security measures or integrity protections in the App
• Use the App to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law

Beta Testing Programme

If you participate in RENDRL's open beta programme, you acknowledge that:

• The App is pre‑release software and may contain bugs or incomplete features
• Features may change or be removed before the final public release
• Your Render Core balance may be reset between beta and public release at our discretion
• You agree to provide honest feedback to assist development
• Beta access may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion

Intellectual Property

All RENDRL branding, design, source code, LUT presets, UI elements, and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the RENDRL team. The RENDRL name, wordmark, and logo are protected trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to RENDRL's intellectual property other than a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to use the App as intended.

Third‑Party Services

RENDRL integrates with third‑party providers for essential functionality (authentication, data storage, advertising, analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. RENDRL is not responsible for third‑party service availability or policy changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RENDRL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, nor that export quality will meet specific standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RENDRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for RENDRL Premium in the 12 months before the claim (or zero, if you use the App for free). Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us for informal resolution within 30 days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account in the App (Settings > Security > Delete Account) or by contacting us. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or our website. Continued use of RENDRL after changes constitutes acceptance.
