Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the RENDRL application ("App") or visiting our website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use RENDRL.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RENDRL. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Account & Authentication

RENDRL requires Google Sign‑In for authentication. By signing in, you authorise us to access your Google Display Name, Email Address, and Profile Photo as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to ad fraud, automated farming of Render Cores, or tampering with the App's security mechanisms.

Render Core Economy

RENDRL uses a virtual currency called "Render Cores" to govern exports. Here is how the economy works:

• Starter Cores: New users receive 3 Render Cores upon account creation
• Earning Cores: Watch rewarded advertisements to earn +2 Render Cores per completed ad. Rate‑limited to once per hour
• Spending Cores: Each export consumes 1 Render Core. Cores are deducted only after the image is successfully saved to your gallery
• Core Cap: Maximum 15 Render Cores at any time
• No Monetary Value: Render Cores have no real‑world monetary value, are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and cannot be purchased with real currency

We reserve the right to modify the Render Core economy at any time. Material changes will be communicated in the App.

Advertisements

RENDRL displays advertisements from third‑party advertising networks. By watching ads to earn Render Cores, you agree to the advertising network's terms and policies. We verify reward claims to prevent fraud. Attempting to bypass or manipulate this system is a violation of these Terms.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, collages, and creative work you produce using RENDRL. We claim no intellectual property rights over your creations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that images and assets you import into RENDRL are used with appropriate rights and permissions. RENDRL is not liable for copyright infringement arising from your use of third‑party material.

By submitting feedback or bug reports to us, you grant RENDRL a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use that feedback for product improvement purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of RENDRL
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Render Core economy or ad reward system
• Bypass any security measures or integrity protections in the App
• Use the App to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law

Beta Testing Programme

If you participate in RENDRL's open beta programme, you acknowledge that:

• The App is pre‑release software and may contain bugs or incomplete features
• Features may change or be removed before the final public release
• Your Render Core balance may be reset between beta and public release at our discretion
• You agree to provide honest feedback to assist development
• Beta access may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion

Intellectual Property

All RENDRL branding, design, source code, LUT presets, UI elements, and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the RENDRL team. The RENDRL name, wordmark, and logo are protected trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to RENDRL's intellectual property other than a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to use the App as intended.

Third‑Party Services

RENDRL integrates with third‑party providers for essential functionality (authentication, data storage, advertising, analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. RENDRL is not responsible for third‑party service availability or policy changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RENDRL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, nor that export quality will meet specific standards.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RENDRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero, as the App is free).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us for informal resolution within 30 days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may stop using the App at any time. To request account deletion, contact us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or our website. Continued use of RENDRL after changes constitutes acceptance.
