Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and devbynight covering the Runway Traffic: Ground Control mobile game and these pages. By installing or using the game you accept them. If you do not, uninstall the app — that is the whole remedy, and nothing is held on our side that would need deleting.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Runway Traffic on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game is free of charge and contains no in-app purchases.

3. What you may not do

• Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise distribute the app or any part of it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
• Modify the app, or distribute a modified build, including any build with the advertising removed or replaced;
• Use bots, automation or modified clients to interfere with how the game runs;
• Generate artificial ad impressions or clicks by any means, automated or manual;
• Use devbynight's names, logos or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.

Recording and streaming your own play is expressly fine, including monetised video. No permission is needed and none of the above is intended to prevent it.

4. Advertising

The game is funded by advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Ad content comes from third parties and is not written, chosen or reviewed by us; we request only content rated suitable for a general audience, but we do not control what is served and are not responsible for it. Rewarded video is always optional — a reward is granted only if you choose to start an ad and watch it to the end. How advertising data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Ownership

The game, its code, artwork, sound, level designs and the name “Runway Traffic: Ground Control” belong to devbynight and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you beyond the licence in section 2.

Real-world aviation terminology is used throughout. Those terms are not owned by anyone, and the game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any airline, airport, aircraft manufacturer or aviation authority.

6. Your progress

Progress is stored on your device and nowhere else. There is no cloud save, no account and no backup we can reach. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or moving to a new device will lose it permanently, and we cannot restore it because we never had a copy.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the game, any level, or any feature at any time, and we may release updates that alter difficulty, level layouts or the way ads are shown. We are not obliged to keep any particular version available. The game plays offline; if features that need a network are unavailable, play itself continues to work.

8. No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Nothing here excludes any right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if your local law grants you such rights, they apply regardless of this section.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, devbynight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost game progress, arising from your use of the game. The game is supplied free of charge; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero.

10. The app stores

Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the game. Your use is also subject to the terms of the store you installed it from. Any claim about the app should be directed to devbynight, not to the store, except where the store's own terms say otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
